Happy Birthday, Steve!

It's a big day around here at Lexington Heights - it's Steve's birthday! He has worked for Condor Management for eleven years now; and he is married to our Community Manager, Patty. When he's not beautifying Lexington Heights with his superb painting skills, he enjoys watching football, or perhaps whipping up a batch of his favorite food, ribs, for which he has his own special recipe. He also likes to golf, however the sub-zero temperatures and several feet of snow on the ground are putting a damper on that pastime for him.

For his birthday celebration Steve plans to go to dinner at Punch Pizza in St. Paul, where they make the best authentic Neapolitan-style pizza in the area. As for a birthday cake, Steve says no thanks - he'd rather just have peppermint bon-bon ice cream!

The Best Way To Start November? By Celebrating Patty's Birthday!

It's a pretty exciting day at the Lexington Heights rental office - it's our Community Manager's birthday! Happy birthday, Patty! We are extra festive here in the Lexington Heights office. We decorated her office with streamers, balloons and flowers. 

Patty’s big plans for the day includes….

1. Move in all our fabulous new residents - it's the first of the month (Happy November!) and that means we have some great new people joining us here at Lexington Heights Apartments.

2. Enjoy lunch from Buon Giorno in Liliydale. If you haven’t tried this local spot you should, it is delicious!

3. After work friends and family will be taking Patty to another local favorite restaurant for a celebratory dinner.

Good Evan! Look Who's Birthday Is Today!

We have a special birthday today at Lexington Heights! Evan is turning 20. He has been a part of our maintenance team for almost two years and has been doing a great job at it. His favorite birthday memory is the year he turned 14 and received his first snowmobile as a birthday present from his parents.

It's Jaime's Birthday Today!

Please join us in wishing a happy birthday to Jaime, Lexington Heights' Maintenance Lead! His birthday is today, Saturday, January 12th. Jaime says he will be celebrating his birthday at home here at Lexington Heights where it will be “peaceful and quiet”. Jaime’s favorite birthday memory is when he had his first birthday party at the age of eight in East Los Angeles. He remembers wearing masks of super heroes and running around! Exciting News Today: It's Patty's Birthday!

It's a special day around here - it's Patty's birthday! Patty is the Assistant Manager at Lexington Heights. If you see her around today, or later this week, be sure to wish her a happy birthday.

Today is a special day for a member of our Lexington Heights community -- it's Alex's birthday! He's the son of Lexington Heights Assistant Manager, Patty, and Steve, one of our painters, who also works here at Lexington Heights. Alex celebrated his first birthday here at Lexington Heights and he'll celebrate his seventh birthday here too!

Alex is going into the first grade at a local school. He loves playing baseball and swimming in the pool at Lexington Heights and playing with his friends. He's going to celebrate his birthday by swimming at the pool with one of his buddies. Happy birthday, Alex!

Today is a special day for one of Lexington Heights' staff. It's Steve's birthday today! Steve is a painter for Condor Corp. and you will often see him around the buildings getting apartments ready for our new residents moving in. For his birthday Steve plans to go out to dinner with his wife, Patty (who is Lexington Heights' Assistant Manager), and then later have cake with friends. Today is a special day for one of our staff, it's Evan's birthday! Evan starting working for Condor Corporation in June. One of the projects he's working on this winter is getting our Community ready for the spring is replacing the deck boards on your and your neighbor's balcony! So when you see Evan painting these deck boards today make sure to tell him Happy Birthday! Did you know it takes 30 deck boards to complete one balcony at Lexington Heights? That is 4,500 deck boards that Evan would need to paint for our Lexington Heights Community! Thank you for all your hard work Evan and Happy Birthday!

Happy 80th Birthday, Maurice!

A week ago, one of Lexington Height's longest term residents celebrated his 80th birthday. Maurice Turner has lived at Lexington Heights since 1988, when he and his wife Marjorie were the first residents to move into their apartment. Congratulations, Maurice, and thanks for making Lexington Heights your home for the last 23 years!
