| Happy Birthday Evan! |
Today is a special day for one of our staff, it's Evan's birthday! Evan starting working for Condor Corporation in June. One of the projects he's working on this winter is getting our Community ready for the spring is replacing the deck boards on your and your neighbor's balcony! So when you see Evan painting these deck boards today make sure to tell him Happy Birthday! Did you know it takes 30 deck boards to complete one balcony at Lexington Heights? That is 4,500 deck boards that Evan would need to paint for our Lexington Heights Community! Thank you for all your hard work Evan and Happy Birthday!
