Easter Sunday is just around the corner and with it comes some great Easter Sunday Brunches at a variety of great local eateries! We've located some that are within a reasonable distance around Lexington Heights Apartments. Isn't life at Lexington delicious?!
First up is a place called Enjoy! located at 15435 Founders Lane in Apple Valley. Starting at 9:00AM and ending at 2:00PM you can enjoy an all you can eat brunch menu filled with an assortment of delicious entrees and treats that can fill anyone’s appetite. They'll have a delectable brunch full of your favorites including a sea food ice display, wide breakfast selections, Pastry Chef’s Grand Dessert Display, and much more. You will be soothed by live music and there will be excitement in the children’s area with a visit from the Easter Bunny! If you feel like a little jazz on Easter check out Dixie’s On Grand! Dixie’s on Grand is located at 695 Grand Ave. in St. Paul. Dixie’s is holding their bebop Easter Brunch starting at 10:00AM to 1:30PM. You will enjoy a Bottomless Champagne Flute, Made-to-Order Omelets and Egg Benedict, Fresh Fruits, Red Beans & Rice, Country Scrambled Eggs, Specialty Entrees and Homemade Desserts with much much more! An earlier start to your Easter Brunch is at Lucky’s 13 right off Sibley Memorial Highway in Mendota. Their mouthwatering brunch includes walleye benedict, corned beef hash, whole grain hotcakes and even a stuffed breakfast burrito! And for something very close to home try out Mendoberri Café and Wine Bar right down the road in the Mendota Village! They are open Easter Sunday for brunch starting at 11:00AM 2:30PM. The menu is sure to please you with traditional Easter Sunday menu items presented with the modern Austrian flare of Executive Chef Robert Ulrich.
