Patio Bloom Contest At Lexington Heights

We just love it when residents help us beautify our community with flowers on the balcony. We certainly take note of all the wonderful colors blooming around the property. Remember, each summer we select one lucky resident who has the most colorful and vibrant patio to receive a fantastic rent credit. We can't wait to see all the blooms on your patio. Let's make Lexington Heights bright with flowers!

We snapped several photos of some blooms that are already showing up on decks at Lexington Heights; enjoy!

Balconies are Blooming!

We may have had cold and rainy Saturdays for the last three weeks, but that doesn't mean you can't get patio and balcony decorations going! Lexington Heights resident Jeremiah spent his afternoon filling his balcony with osteospermum, bridal veil, lobelia, million bells, bacopa, sweet potato vine, petunias, flowering tobacco, and sweet allysum. We are excited to see these blooming for the rest of the season!

Appropriate patio and balcony plants and decorations are not just allowed -- they are encouraged. Your green thumb could even win you a prize for the best looking balcony in the community. Let's see some nice competition for Jeremiah! Send us pictures of your own beautiful balconies -- we'd love to see them and hopefully feature them on the blog.

Happy Birthday Evan!

Happy Birthday Evan!

Today is a special day for one of our staff, it's Evan's birthday! Evan starting working for Condor Corporation in June. One of the projects he's working on this winter is getting our Community ready for the spring is replacing the deck boards on your and your neighbor's balcony! So when you see Evan painting these deck boards today make sure to tell him Happy Birthday! Did you know it takes 30 deck boards to complete one balcony at Lexington Heights? That is 4,500 deck boards that Evan would need to paint for our Lexington Heights Community! Thank you for all your hard work Evan and Happy Birthday!
