Do you live in the 2330 building, or "B-building", at Lexington Heights? You'll want to pay attention to this important notice about the parking lot resurfacing project coming up next week.
We will be repaving a large portion of the 2330 building's parking lot next week. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes and appreciate your cooperation as we keep Lexington Heights looking its best.
Parking
Beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, July 1, through 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3, there will be no parking allowed in the 2330 building parking lot. You may park in the 2300 or the 2370 building parking lot instead. For those residents who park in the garage, you will be able to enter and exit using the garage door on the south side of the building (the entry door). You will need to use your garage door opener to exit the building, since there is no sensor at that door.
Exercise caution
Please be very careful when you are entering and exiting the garage during this time, since traffic will be moving in both directions. Because the entrance is at the bottom of a hill, you will have to take extra care to ensure no one is exiting the garage as you are entering. Also be careful when driving near work vehicles, be aware of the extra traffic, and keep children away from the construction area.
If you have any questions, please contact the Rental Office at 651.452.8826.
