Recently our leasing staff here at Lexington Heights celebrated a great accomplishment - they managed to reach 100% occupancy. What exactly does that mean? Thanks to the hard work of the staff, every single apartment has been leased, which tells us that we're providing a good value and excellent service to our residents who have renewed their leases for another year, and to our new residents who have recently moved into our community.
In the next few months we'll have only a few homes coming available, so be sure to tell your friends, family and coworkers about Lexington Heights - if someone you refer ends up renting with us, you will receive a $500.00 rent credit for one month!
To celebrate our 100% occupancy, the owners bought the leasing staff flowers to congratulate them for their hard work!
