The heated, underground garage spots are starting to fill up in anticipation of the upcoming winter season. If you would like to reserve a garage spot please email, call, or visit the office soon to make arrangements. Remember, as an added bonus each of the buildings' garages have a car wash bay, making it easy to rinse off all that road salt that builds up in a Minnesota winter. Plus the 2330 building has a car vacuum and the car wash can apply wax. Stop by the office for access to these amenities if you live in one of the other buildings.
Please be courteous to your neighbors and only park in your assigned garage spot and drive carefully through the garages.
